Remove nail polish from your previous manicure and apply a coat of MEGA GROW nail polish

Apply a coat of white

Then 2 coats of yellow

Make a blue French tip

White dots for eyes you can just use the brush

Did toothpick in black polish

Make rings of black polish around white

Make pupils

A little strap for the glasses or whatever they are

Add mouths and done, oh and clean up around the edges ill do that soon 😜
