How to make miniature donut earrings

Gather Tan and other colors of clay, ball tools, glazes and jewelry findings.

Start by making small balls of tan clay.

Take one ball of clay...

Flatten it down a bit with your finger, then poke a hole through the middle.

It should look like this.

Take a smaller ball of brown clay...

Roll it into a perfect sphere

Flatten it with your finger.

Put it on the tan donut.

Poke a hole through the middle again.

Voila, donut! But wait...there's more!

Take some white clay and make a small cone.

Draw lines into it with a small ball tool or needle and stick it on the donut. Now you've got a managers special or "headlight" donut! (My favorite (; )

For another style of donut, get some light pink clay.

Flatten it with your finger.

Put it on the donut.

Poke a hole through it.

Voila, pink frosting! But wait...there's more again!

Get little bits of different colored clay. I chose red pink and white.

Roll them as thin as you can.

Chop them up.

Put them on your donut.

Bake them at the appropriate temperature and make them into whatever you want! Don't forget to add eyepins before baking though. Also a good glazing will really bring them to life!
