In large bowl combine dry ingredients

Combine wet ingredients in bowl

Combine wet and dry ingredients

Stir until mixed. Don't over mix.

Fill until 2/3 full

Bake for 7-10 minutes or until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean

  • 1/4 c. + 1T. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Applesauce
  • 2T. Milk
  • 2T. Brown sugar
  • 1T. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 of an egg
  • Topping ingredients- mix into little bowl
  • 2T. Butter
  • 2T. Brown sugar
  • 4T. Oats
