Break up the ground beef into a bowl with the salt, onion and egg
Add oats and milk then combine.
Now add the cheese and combine well.
Pat the mixture down flat and with your fingers make lines dividing the meat into half, then a quarter, and then eighth sections.
I use a measuring cup to mix the sauce. Be sure and break up any lumps of brown sugar.
Shape the meat into eight small loaves and cover with the sauce.
Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
Enjoy with a potato and a vegetable.

- 1/2c Onion, chopped
- 1/2c Milk
- 1.0 Egg
- 1/2c Quick cooking oats
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 1.0c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2/3c Ketchup
- 1/2c Brown sugar
- 1/2tsp Mustard
