How to make mini glitter champagne bottles

Before applying the glue, plan out where you want the glitter to go. Once you planned out where you want your glitter to go, apply the Mod Podge or spray glue in sections.

I started off just below the neck of the bottle and sprinkled gold glitter. I started off there so that I can use the neck to hold the bottle while I was gluing the glitter on.

On a paper plate, mix gold and purple glitter together. Apply the mixed glitter below the gold glitter.

Finish off the bottom of the bottle by applying purple glitter.

Lastly, I went and applied gold glitter on to the neck of the bottle.

For the tags, I bought the heart embellishments at Michaels. I hole punched the hearts and scribbled "Drink Me" on them. I tied the tags to the bottles with twine.
