like a cookie sheet with aluminum paper (especially if you are as messy as I am)

get the eggs

place a slice of sausage on each muffin cup... you can use cooked chicken or any filling you want!

sprinkle onions and peppers on each muffin tin

and spray it with a non stick spray

blend the 3 eggs

add the milk

the 4 slices of cheese (you can use any better cheese, I only had this thing) oh well!

add the flour

black pepper, salt, etc

fill each muffin tin and bake on oven at 350F for 30 minutes or until u insert a toothpick in the middle and it's dry
