Gather your supplies.

Put chocolate chips in a bowl.

Put chocolate chips in microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until melted.

It should look like this.

Put Cheerios on plate.

Put a few Cheerios in the chocolate.

Remove Cheerios from chocolate, and clear hole of chocolate also with the toothpick.

Put sprinkles on chocolate side.
