How to make mini donuts :)
Delicious mini donuts easy to make and fun to decorate

INGREDIENTS
Preheat the oven to 160•c
Grease the silicone donut mould.
Weigh out 150 grams of plain flour and sieve into a large bowl of your choosing.
Add to this 1 teaspoon of baking powder...
...and 1 teaspoon of salt...
... And then Add 110 grams of caster sugar.
Mix together the dry ingredients.
Measure out 120 grams of milk.
Beat 2 eggs in a jug.
Add the egg to the milk.
Add two tablespoons of oil.
And 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Whisk together wet ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients.
Beat together until a smooth batter.
Fill 2/3 of the way up on the donut mould. We switched to pouring from a jug as it was too time consuming with a spoon!
Make sure to wipe all the spillings off so your donuts rise nicely.
Put in the oven on a tray.
Set a timer for 8 minutes.
After half the time has elapsed...
...turn around.
When ready, remove from oven...
Leave to cool in silicone tray for 5 minutes and then pop donuts out onto cooling rack. Donut production line. :)
Dehole any donuts that you overfilled, with a small knife.
Ye olde donutville! :D mixture makes several trays worth.
Set out plates with each topping on... Sprinkles.
Sugar....
Chocolate sprinkles...
Strawberry icing...
Melted chocolate...
