Start off with your mini melton pork pie
Cut the top off with a knife
Use a knife and cut around the meat inside the pie, using a fork remove the meat from the centre
Spoon out an equal amount of mincemeat to your pork pie meat. (Roughly one teaspoon)
Mash together the mincemeat and pork pie meat using a fork or a knife
Spoon the mix back into the pork pie
Either using a zester or a grater on your orange place a small amount on top of your pie
Place half of a glacé cherry on top
Perfect mix of sweet and savoury for Christmas
