INGREDIENTS
First wash and peel the skin of the potato. Then using the same peeler, peel the potato into thin slices. You can also use a knife if you want to.
Peel it into thin slices.
Put the slices into a bowl and rinse it!
I like to add in some olive oil for flavor.
Now take a plate and place a piece of oven non-stick paper on it. Then put the potato slices on top of the paper!

Now put it in the microwave and microwave it for 3 minutes. Then take it out and flip it over and microwave it for another 3 minutes. That's all!
This is SOO much more healthier than store bought chips and it tastes great!
This is a great snack and it is fat free! Remember all microwaves are different so you might have to adjust the microwaving time. And the best part is...ITS ACTUALLY CRISPY!!!! :D haha:)
