1 bag of dry chicharrones you can get them at any Mexican store
In a pan heat your oil to check
If the oil is heat drop one chip in oil if it starts to bubble up
Like this add more chip I always do a little at a time because they
Get 2 times there size as you see here
They will be a golden brown they are done
Drain them from your oil place them in a bowel until all done making them then
Place some in a bowl with lime Juice and your favorite hot sauce and enjoy
