Make Mexican Cookie Coffee Cake (No-Bake)

INGREDIENTS
beat butter
add 2/3 of condensed milk, beat well
measure rum
add rum and finish mixing all condensed milk
put chocolate in a plastic container
boil water
measure coffee
turn off heat and add coffee, mix well
strain coffee over chocolate
chocolate will melt
stir until chocolate is almost completely dissolved, it will be thick but liquid (don't worry if there are small pieces left)
count cookies, use the broken ones to blend
you can use any absorbent cookies
crush cookies coarsely in the blender or by hand with a rolling pin in a bag
keep all ingredients close
sprinkle a bit of crumbs in the bottom
soak cookies in the chocolate with coffee
pour the butter in a pastry bag with a flat tip
spread a thin layer of butter
sprinkle generously with crumbs
repeat all over until you finish all ingredients
you can soak cookies a bit longer or pour extra chocolate and coffee liquid so it doesn't become dry
more butter, more crumbs
finished! refrigerate overnight and enjoy with a glass of cold milk
- 200.0g butter (room temperature)

- 1.0oz rum or brandy
- 200.0g semi sweet chocolate
- 1.0c water
- 30.0g coffee granules (coarsely grinded)
- 14.0 Mexican cookies (coarsely crumbled)
