How to make mexican bunelos

Mix cinnamon with sugar. Ready made tortillas, saves many steps in making from scratch.

Fry tortilla in oil or Crisco baking sticks, or shortening until crispy.

Place on wire rack above deep dish, sprinkle sugar with cinnamon until covered on both sides.

Allow Bunelo to cool before stacking.
