How to make mexican bun
This is great recipe for a warm breakfast in winter with a hot cup of tea with milk... I hope u like it

INGREDIENTS
Start by mixing all the dough ingredients together
When u finish make sure the dough is soft
Cover it with a kitchen towel and Leave it to rise for 30 minutes
Mean while u can make the topping by mixing the sugar and butter together
Like so
Add the egg
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Mix instant coffee with water...
Add it to the mixure
Add the flour and mix together
Put the mixture in a pipping bag and leave it to cool in the fridge
Now cut the butter and cream cheese into cubes, I prefer them large
This is the dough after rising
Grease and flour ur baking sheet to make sure that the dough will not stick
Divide the dough into small pieces... Around 26
Now, we will put everything together... Make a hole in the ball
Put a piece of FROZEN butter or cheese
Close it
Place it in the baking sheet
When u finish them all, cover with a kitchen towel and leave them to rise again for 15 minutes
Pipe the cold topping
Now they r ready to be baked..
Bake it in a preheated oven (200 C) for around 15 minutes
Ta daaaa... They r sooooo good with a cup of tea with milk...

- 4.0c Flour
- 2.0Tbsp powdered milk
- 4.0Tbsp Sugar
- 1.0Tbsp Yeast
- 1.0tsp Baking powder
- 2.0 Eggs
- 75.0g Butter
- 1.0c Water
- Topping:
- 100.0g Butter
- 3/4c Brown sugar
- 1.0 Egg
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.0tsp Cinnamon
- 1.0Tbsp Instant coffee powder
- 1.0Tbsp Water
- 3/4c Flour
- Filling:
- Cream cheese
- Salted butter
