Cut up melon chunks in blender. You might as well throw in the seeds as they are full of goodness if you're really health conscious. This is gonna make the base of this juice
heavenly pomegranate. It's a panacea for the body specially any, absolutely any kinda tummy issues. Take out the seeds by thwacking the back of pomegranate with a spoon/knife handle
Luscious red seeds go in with the melon
Cucumber slices go in next
Cilantro or coriander or parsley, any of these green herbs you have in your fridge or garden, throw in your green juice to make it one shade greener n cooler
Squeeze in a lemon to really bring out the flavor n for vitamin c boost. really good for body immunity
Blend away. Add some liquid to make blending easier. I added some orange juice. Pour in a tumbler once it's done
Drink away n feel revitalized! P.S. Green juices work best when consumed on an empty stomach. Or after 2 hours of eating. Cheers!
