On Left Side of Tray with OVAL --Fill Water to Bottom most line-You will see the Pointing Arrow-It's not very much water, but do not add extra!!

After you have filled Oval side of container to bottom line with Water-----------------------------------------------------Dump BLUE Packet #1 Into water slowly while mixing at same time --
