Mix & knead plain and tapioca flour into a dough.
Leave it in the fridge & let it set while you prepare the stock.
Instant Chicken broth if you do not have time to boil the stock.
Mix chicken broth & water, bring to boil.
Cut the vegetables and mushrooms into small pieces.
Bake / fry ikan bilies.
Marinate mincemeat with soya sauce, pepper & corn flour.
Make them into little meat balls.
Knead the dough into small flat pieces & put it into the boiling stock together with the meat balls, egg, mushrooms & vegetables. Pepper & sesame oil for seasoning.
Sprinkle ikan bilies on top to serve.
Serve with chopped garlic & chilipadi.
