Thawed ground beef

Diced onion and green pepper this is one half onion and about 1/4 of a green pepper

Add onion and green peppers to ground beef

Add all seasonings wet and dry including one egg . You can use bread crumbs if u have them ... I don't

I add hot sauce

Black pepper

Mix mix mix, wash your hands !!!

Then form meatloaf how you like into greased baking pan, put into oven covered for 25 mins on 375 ... It won't be done but we can start the gravy at that time ...

Now add seasoned flour to the meatloaf juice n stir in add as much water as u like to get the gravy consistency and amount that you are looking for

Done (meatloaf n gravy) so good
