◀️ I find it attractive and practical. I make different pizzas on one tray and last minute. The crust is prepared ahead; half cooked and kept in the fridge or in the freezer up to one month.
Pizza dough. This recipe makes 24 pieces (20 g each for the reference)
You can spread by hand, with the rolling pin or with the pasta machine
Bake 3-4 mins in a very hot oven 230C
1/2 kg meat diced+2 cups diced onions
1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil. Fry the meat in 2 or 3 batches
Add the onions and sweat until soft
At this point you can add the spices of your choice. Or the traditional ones .. Like above
For reference use 1 cup meat onion mix + 1/2 cup toasted pine seeds
Add 2 tbsp thick Greek yogurt
Mix
Finish with chopped parsley
Of course you can make any pizza on this bread. Here I made marguritta
- Dough for 24 boats
- 300.0g Flour
- 40.0g Olive oil
- 1.0g Salt
- 1.0tsp Instant yeast or 1/2 tsp
- 180.0ml Warm water or more
- For the meat mix
- 500.0g Filet steak
- 2.0g Onions finely diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2.0tsp Cinammon
- 4.0Tbsp Greek yogurt
- Cherry tomatoes sliced
- Parsley.. Chopped
