To a medium bowl, add the yogurt...
And the matcha powder.
Stir until there are no more dry pockets of matcha powder, then add in a little vanilla.
If your yogurt mixture looks too thick for the ice cream machine, add in a few dashes of milk to thin it out, but don't add too much.
Pour the yogurt mixture slowly into your ice cream machine, follow machines directions. My frozen yogurt took about 12 - 15 minutes.
Pour into your freezer safe container, freeze for at least 8 hours.

- 2.0c Greek yogurt
- 1/2c Powdered Xylitol or sweetener of choice
- 1.0Tbsp Matcha (green tea) powder
- 1/2tsp Pure vanilla extract
- Soy milk or milk
