First we will make our flan, put all the eggs, egg yolks and sugar to a large bowl, mix lightly until combine.
Don't overmix because it will make your egg mixture kinda puffy and you will get a flan full of small bubble in the end, that is not what we are looking for.
Now you will boil the milk and whipping cream on low heat, this is the time you put matcha powder into it as much as you can taste the matcha flavor, stir the matcha till disolve, turn off the heat.
Pour your milk mixture into the egg mixture slowly. Pour a little bit in and stir and keep pouring a little bit more and stir
Pour it into a microwave safe container or a heat safe container.
Cover it with aluminum foil in order not to let any water go in the flan. Here I use the double-boil method. You can check the other method on the internet to decide which one suits you the most.
You should finish making the flan, including cooling it, cut it into small pieces before moving on to make the jelly.
Heat the coconut water in low heat and add jelly powder, matcha, sugar, stir throughly until the powder completely dissolve.
Experiment and choose what consistancy that you like the best. First follow instruction on the package and start adding more water or more jelly powder as you like.
You can use any mold you like, here I already had some ice tray so I'll use it. Place some coconut meat first.
Add the small flan-cubes.
Pour the jelly mixture, you might want to work fast because the jelly might harden fast, let it cool a little bit and put it in the fridge.
Voilà, you have some delicious jelly to eat non-stop haha. Have fun and good luck! ^^
