How to make mashed potatoes with cauliflower
American dish gone healthy! Great side dish for your family to eat π¦π§π©π¨π΄π΅

INGREDIENTS

Steam cauliflower and place aside in a bowl

Steam potato
Let the potatoes cool off for about 5 minutes

Start peeling the potatoes

Then mash together both the potato and cauliflower π

Then add milk and butter into pan, let simmer

Add the mash to milk and stir

Add your pepper (as desired)

Add about this much salt

And garlic salt
And voila you're done! Like I said it's a great side dish to get more than 1 veggie in. My family to this day still doesn't know I put cauliflower in this π

- 5.0Tbsp "I can't believe it's not butter"
- Garlic salt
