INGREDIENTS
Get all ur supplies and set oven to 450•
Cut chicken breast in strip and combine yogurt and 1 tbs masala spice and one garlic clove minced
Place covered in fridge for at least 30 mins
Cut up onions
Cut up tomatoes
Mince up garlic
Spray pan with oil you will probably need two
Place chicken into oven laid out with spaces In between for 11 mins
I use coconut oil to cook as the Burning point is very high. Put the coconut oil into pan and let he hot for about 2 mins at med-high
Toast cumin seeds for 3 mins until you smell them
Add onions and cook for another 7-8 mins until soft and a little brown
Add garlic and cool for another 4 mins
Add tomatoes and cook for another ten mins until it starts to break down
Add can of tomato paste and cook for another 5 mins
Take chicken out of oven and put aside to drain off liquid on paper towel
The mixture should start to look like this! Add 2 more tbsp of masala spice and cook for 10 mins
Add cream
Add chicken and cook mixture for 6 mins
All ready for yummy tiki masala!! Happy day everyone

- 1/2c Whipping cream
- 2.0tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4c Water
- 1.0c Large onion
- 1.0c Plain Greek yogurt
- 3.0 Garlic cloves minced
- 2.0Tbsp Coconut oil
