Add water to the pan

Chopped onion and tomatoe. Plus cucumber (I didn't have it so I work with just tomato and onion)
Prepare the coconut
Open it up
Scrape the meat and place it at the bottom of the coconut.
Add tomato and onion
Squeeze some lime.
Add 2 package of tapatio
Mix it well and refrigerate for 20 min.
Add cold beer 🍺
Before serving, cut one side of the coconut for easier accessibility😁
