assemble ingredients: toppings (left), dough (right)
dissolve yeast in warm water until creamy for about 10 minutes
in a large bowl, combine bread flour, olive oil, salt, white sugar & yeast mixture
beat well until stiff dough is formed
cover & rise until dough doubles in size (about 30 minutes) *preheat over to 350 degrees*
put dough on floured surface and roll into a ball
roll out into a pizza crust shape and brush with olive oil
cut onions, tomato, garlic & fresh basil leaves
put garlic & onions on pizza, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
place tomatoes on top of cheese
sprinkle with chopped basil
bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown
remove from oven & let cool for 10-15 minutes; slice into eighths & enjoy
