Pipe the first color of stripes on with a 1/2 inch of space between each strip.

Pipe the second set of stripes on to the cookie next to the first set of stripes.

Pipe the second set of stripes on to the cookie next to the first set of stripes.

Pipe the third set of stripes on the cookie next to the second set of stripes.

Pipe the third set of stripes on the cookie next to the second set of stripes.

Pipe the forth set of stripes onto the cookie next to the third and first set of stripes.

Pipe the forth set of stripes onto the cookie next to the third and first set of stripes.

Drag the toothpick along the edges of the frosting to make the edges smooth.

Drag your toothpick along the lines you just piped about a 1/2 inch apart.

Turn your cookie 180 degrees and drag your toothpick in the middle of the lines, now it should look like an arrow head.
