How to make mango sago

This is my favorite Chinese dessert. This perfect dessert for hot summer day. It's light and refreshing.

Usually I add pomelo in this recipe. Since its not pomelo season  yet, I worked with mango:) sometimes I used pineapple juice in this recipe.

Bring water to boil. Add sago an dimmer for 10 min, cover the pot with a lid and let the sago continue to cook on its own (around 10 min). Until all sago turn translucent. Set aside.

Cut 2 mangoes. This short cut way of cutting the mangoes into small cubes. I scooped the mango flesh with a spoon.

In a blender, blend 1 mango with quarter cup of water.

Mix evaporated milk and Condensed milk (or sugar)

Pour mango smoothies to the milk Bowl.add more condensed milk/  sugar according to your taste.

To serve, portion out mango and sago. Add few ice cubes and its ready. Enjoy!!!😄
