It only takes 3 ingredients to make sweet and healthy fro-yo. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 large mango and 1 banana. I love the trader joes Greek yogurt.
I like to use a knife to peel the mango. As a lover of large knives I am using one but a pearing knife is great as well.
Slice the mango around the pit and discard the pit.
This is not an advertisement I swear! The ninja is just this incredible.
Place the purée in a container with a lid.
And freeze for 1 1/2 hours.
This is completely healthy frozen Greek yogurt, sometimes I eat it for breakfast or dinner.
