Bring water to a rapid boil.

Add macaroni noddles to boiling water. Stir occasionally.

While the pasta is cooking, warm milk in a saucepan.

When milk is warm, pour in flour and whisk until thickened. (If milk does not thicken, add more flour accordingly)

Add cheese to thickened milk

Drain pasta

When the cheese is melted, pour over pasta and mix.

Add broccoli and mix.
Add more milk if macaroni and cheese becomes to thick.
