Boil the pasta In a pot.
Add some olive to avoid pasta from sticking to the pan
Meanwhile boil some water in a kettle.
Add chicken stock cube and whisk together.
Add it to pasta.
When pasta is nearly cooked add the bag of cheese. Leave enough cheese (two handful) for later.
Bring the heat down on cooker and stirring gently. Put oven on.
Evenly spread into a oven tray and place in the oven for approx 15 - 20 minutes.
Sprinkle remainder of cheese.
