Gather your supplies: Light whipped topping in a tub.  Frozen is fine and, in fact, would actually be easier to "slice" into squares.  2 full sheets of graham crackers for 4 squares.

Lay out the 4 graham crackers faced down.  Place two tablespoons of light whipped topping on 2 crackers.

Put another graham cracker on top to finish the sandwich.

Seal in airtight container. Freeze at least 30 min before serving. This allows the crackers to soften and the whipped topping to freeze. Each "ice cream" sandwich is only 85 cal. with 2.5 g of fat.

Try adding some fresh fruit such as strawberries or blueberries for a little variety. Or sprinkling a little cinnamon or chocolate shavings for additional flavor. Have fun and enjoy... Guilt free!
