Here is what you'll need
Take half of a banana
Mash up the banana until there are no more chunks
Take two large scoops of your vanilla protein shake, I'm using TLS protein shake that can be found on www.shop.com/reinamitzy
Add 2 tablespoons of flax seed or to your liking, if you can get a powder version I recommend for this type leaves a crunchy texture
Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Using two eggs, add only the egg whites and trash that very fattening yolk! ^.^
Add the banana
Add 1/4 of water
Begin to mix, make sure it has a thick texture but not too thick!
Spray pan with cooking spray
Use a 1/4 scoop to scoop some of the mix
Add to pan and cook until both sides have browned!
All done, eat warm.... For a fluffier texture add an extra egg white and half a teaspoon of baking powder ^.^
After you have eaten and your protein pancakes have digested, play just dance (just sweat) or do your normal workout ^.^
