This is all you need to make gourmet crackers.

Layer cheese in a thin layer in microwaveable bowls. For example, I used three slices.

Add your choice of spices on top of the cheese.

I used crushed red pepper and mixed organic spices.

Cover microwaveable bowl with paper towel.

Microwave for 2 minutes. (Regular heat)

When done microwaving, gently run spoon along outer edge of your cracker. Carefully work it.

It should be a crisp cracker.

Carefully break cheese into crackers a size of your choice.

There are your crackers, minus the wheat belly! Delicious with salsa, humus, etc. Thanks for watching!
Experiment with a variety of cheeses, some crisp up better than others.
