What you want to do is first add the safflower oil to the melted beeswax and then add the distilled water.

Then use a mixer of your choice to mix the ingredients until there is no longer and chunks and the lotion is a consistent color.

Next you want to add 20 drops of whatever essential oil you want to use from a pippet/dropper into the lotion.

Then you add 5 drops of whatever food coloring you desire. This of course can be modified if you want a darker/lighter color. Then resume mixing.

Next you begin to fill your jars or containers with the lotion before placing a lid on top so that they don't harden.
