INGREDIENTS
Sweat the onions.. 5 mins. Then add the leeks
Add water. Cover cook until leeks are tender. 25 mins or so
Add bay leaves pepper
Add potatoes and cook 20 more mins or until cooked but not falling apparat.
Mix the yogurt with the egg
Add the salmon and cook for 4-5 mins.
Serve and decorate with dill
- 1.0kg Salmon
- 1.0kg Potato
- 4.0 Leeks
- 1.0 Onion
- 1.0c Fat free greek yogurt + 1 egg
- Or
- 1.0c Thick cream
- 3.0c Bay leaves
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 4.0c Water more or less
- 1.0Tbsp Butter
- 1.0Tbsp Olive oil
- Dill
