Rice, scrap material, I had some old tshirt tags you could use any tag or none and a seeing machine or needle and thread

Fold material inside out

If using a little tag put it in the corner on the inside

Now see all around apart from one end

Like this then turn it in the right way

Pour rice into warmie 3/4 full

Fold top inside ( like a pillow case)

Now sew that

Cut off extra cotton or leave it

Little warmies for little hands on winter days INSTRUCTIONS: heat in microwave for 15-20 second boom warmies. Good for cold school mornings and they fit in your pocket.
