Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain.
In separate pan, heat oil and butter.
Get scallops. This is the package of scallops I used.
Cook scallops several minutes until they become soft and transparent. When liquid begins to evaporate, remove pan from heat.
Place linguine in baking dish.
Add scallop mixture.
Sprinkle top with Panko bread crumbs (you may not need the entire 1/4 cup.)
Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan cheese.
Add dish to oven and broil until Panko starts to brown.
Remove from oven.
Serve and enjoy!

- 1.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 2.0Tbsp Butter
- 1.0 Package of scallops, 4 oz, thawed
- 1.0tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/4c Panko bread crumbs
- Dried basil
- Grated Parmesan cheese
