How to make lined paper nails

First paint your nail white. (to the left is hunger games fire nails-fail, and to the right is a strawberry)

Make blue lines with a striper. {sorry my lines are so bad, I tried using a toothpick..stick with Striper!}

Then using the Striper make a pink line going down the left side of your nail
