Gather 12 Sereno lemon

Peel strips of lemon zest

As little white pith as possible

Keep the lemon peel in the jar

Add the alcohol to the lemon peel jar. Note :ever clear is clear, the picture showing here already have previous batch in it.

Let lemon and alcohol sit in the jar for two weeks.

Two weeks later.....Make 1:1 simple syrup by mixing water and sugar.

Strain the alcohol into the room temperature Simple syrup. Bottle and freeze.
