How to make light n' fluffy easy whey (or milk) biscuits

What to do with leftover whey from yogurt? Company coming? Here is a recipe for biscuits that can be mixed and baked within 15 minutes.

Combine 3 c flour, 1/4 c sugar, 4 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda.
