In large bowl. Lastly fold,in floured , fruit mixture , bake in 300% oven for 2-1/2 hours to 3-1/2 hours depending on size the pans .bake until each cake tests done with a toothpick, remove from oven

After baking the  Christmas cake  ,   Roll in cheese cloth  dumped in any flavour brandy  or other. Close in foil or plastic bag keep on cold place freeze well too . Until next year .
