Wash and scrub your lemons well.
Peel the lemons and put into a clean sealable container.
The lemon on the left will have a great zest but little juice the lemon on the right is thinner skinned but will produce more juice.

Add rock sugar, most recipes use syrup after the liquor is steeped this saves that step.
Add the Vodka or Grain alcohol- Day 1 I set mine in the light.
Now what?
Make some lemonade!
After 2 or 3 weeks you have a beautiful sweet yellow liquor. Strain through a coffee filter or cheesecloth.
