Have all you need to make the lemon pie.
Cut the lemons with the knife.
Squeeze the lemons to have lemon juice without seeds.
Put the evaporated milk in the mixer.
Start mixing until the evaporated milk gets foamy.
Add the condensed milk to the mix.
Start mixing until the mix gets creamy.
Pour the lemon juice to the mix and mix it until the mix start tasting lemon.
Spread the mix into a bowl.
Then make a layer with the cookies.
Continue making more layers until you get to the top of the bowl or when you do not have more mix.
The last layer is made of mix.
When you have finished, refrigerate the pie for at least 1 hour.
You can decorate with cookies or lemon slices
