Sieve flour and confectioners sugar into butter and mix.
Blend butter, 2 cups flour and confectioners sugar.
Pat into tin.
Pat into greased baking tin. Bake at 325 deg. for 18-20 min. While the base is in the oven, start preparing the lemon filling.
Add eggs, juice, sugar and flour.
Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice, 5 Tblspn flour and lemon peel together.
Whisk into fluffy consistency.
The base looks like this when done. Now add the lemon filling.
Pour filling onto base.
Bake for 20-22 min @ 325deg.
Cool, cut into blocks and dust icing sugar over them! Now, enjoy!
