Ingredients
Preheat oven to 180*
Slice the leek short and small
Washed the leek to get all dirt out
Then steam the leek and wait till its softer, turn off the heat and cool down
Slice pastry in half
Squeeze water out of leek
Align leek and cheese like this
Fold over sides of the pastry to make a pie shape
Whisk egg
With the whisked egg brush on top of the pie
Finished product. Add anything to it
