Cover the tray with pizza sauce.
Place the pasta sheets on top like so.
Add a thick layer of bolognese sauce.
Again, cover with the pasta sheets.
Now add a layer of bechamel.
Cover this with pasta.
Add another layer of bolognese.
More pasta sheets.
This is the top layer of bechamel, nice and thick.
Cover this with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake in the oven at 250-275 for 45 minutes.
Leave to cool before cutting into approx. 20 portions. Enjoy!
