Heat oven to 350. Get water boiling for the noodles.
I made my marinara. Canned is fine. I'll make a guide on making it later.
Boil your water. Cook the noodles to al dente.
Whisk the egg white into the ricotta.
Throw in the Parmesan.
Then the mozzarella.
Dry and lay out noodles on parchment paper.
Smear with the cheese mixture. Top with tomatoes and basil.
Roll up and place in a pan with half the marinara in it.
Cover with remaining marinara, basil and Parmesan cheese. Throw it in the oven.
When done, let rest. Let's them firm up for plating
- 8.0 Lasagna noodles
- 14.0oz Low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 1.0c Ricotta cheese
- 1.0 Large egg white
- 2/3c Shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4.0 Roma tomatoes
- 1/2c Basil
- 2.0c Marinara sauce
