Brown sausage in large sauce pan

I doubled the recipe for this batch. You can use a can of sauce instead.

Browning the sausage

Add the can of diced tomatoes then add tomato sauce. Let simmer for 20 minutes

Next, you'll need two eggs, ricotta cheese, a cup of parmesan cheese and ground pepper

Add frozen spinach to boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes

First add ricotta to bowl and add pepper. Stir

Then add the two eggs

Take the spinach off the stove and strain out the water

Add spinach to ricotta mixture

It should look like this :)

Now you need the noodles and pan

Add half of the sauce to the bottom of the pan

Next layer noodles. I like to leave them unsoiled. You can buy ones that don't need to be boiled first

Next add half of the ricotta mixture.

Evenly spread on the entire pan

Next evenly layer mozzarella

Now add the other half of the sauce

Add another layer of noodles

Add the other half of the ricotta mixture

Now add the top layer of noodles

Sprinkle the renaming cup of Parmesan cheese around the edges

And the add mozzarella cheese to the center over the noodles. It will keep them from getting too crunchy.

Mmmmmmmmm

Over the top, sprinkle a little basil and oregano

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and remove for the last 8 minutes
