This is what we put in it
Chop everything up and fry in this order: onions (till translusient), garlic, carrots, cellery, speck (pigfat or bacon), italian saussage and spices. Fry the beef in a separate pan till crispy
Let the bolognese bubble with stock and wine for a couple of hours. Prepare bechamel sauce from milk, flour, butter and onion (google it). Let cool and layer beef, pasta, bechamel, cheese X 4
Bake for an hour at 160•C and let stand for 15 min
Mmm crispy
Even better the day after
