INGREDIENTS
Korean glass noodle or potato noodle are found in any Asian market
Boil noodle on high for 6 minutes
Strain and rinse with hot water
Place in a large mixing bowl. This recipe is enough for 8 servings. Add about 2 tablespoon of sesame oil to the noodles
Wash and rinse your veggies
Shred your onion, peppers and carrots into small strips
On the stove, add garlic and scallion until brown.

Add your vegetables
Spinach and other vegetables. Cook for 5 mins and set aside
Thinly sliced the chicken breast and cook it without any seasoning.
Add ground pepper and let it fully cooked for about 4 minutes
Pour the sauté vegetables to the noodles
Add about 2 to 3 tablespoon of sesame seed
On the side. Mix 3 tablespoon of sugar, 1/3 cup of soy sauce and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar.
Mix well
Add the chicken and soy mixture.
Toss well and serve with Sriracha. Enjoy!
